AL Nurse Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing health assessments of residents.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
- Monitor residents' vital signs and overall health status.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid when needed.
- Manage chronic conditions such as Diabetes, Hypertension, and Dementia.
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures.
- Educate residents and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
- Supervise caregivers and nursing assistants to ensure quality care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and safety protocols.
- Coordinate hospital admissions, discharges, and follow-up care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
- Train staff on clinical procedures, emergency response, and resident safety.
- Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹44,642.47 per month
