About this role:
You'll work across strategy, experiments, and data with direct access to the founding team. Not as an observer sitting in on decisions somebody else makes, as the person running the analysis and the test. Four to six months, one metric you actually move, not a portfolio of slides about growth theory.
We're taking two people. You won't be doing the same thing as each other, and neither of you will be doing what the other one has already tried.
This sits outside our Services delivery team. It's a separate seat on the growth side.
What you'll actually do:
- Help define where growth actually comes from right now: acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and which of those is worth the next sprint
- Design and run real experiments across the funnel, from a landing page test to an onboarding tweak to a cold outbound sequence, and read the results honestly even when they don't confirm what you hoped
- Build your own data pulls and dashboards, and report what's actually happening rather than what looks good in a deck
- Turn a messy pile of user and account data into a segmentation or a model that changes what we prioritize
- Build the automation that makes a channel work: enrichment, list building, sequencing, scoring. Most growth work at our stage is a pipeline nobody has built yet
- Sit in the room with product, engineering, marketing, and sales when growth tradeoffs get decided, and bring a number to the conversation, not just an opinion
- Take one growth loop from idea to something that's actually running, and own the ugly middle part where it doesn't work yet
- Kill your own experiment when the data says to, and say so out loud
What makes you a fit:
- You're comfortable with ambiguity. Nobody is going to hand you a fully-scoped ticket, you'll have to figure out what the actual problem is first
- You can write a basic script or query and pull your own data instead of waiting for someone else to run it for you
- You think in numbers. If you can't tell us whether something worked, you haven't finished the experiment
- You've done something growth-adjacent before, even informally. Grown a small project, run paid ads with real money, built an automation that got you users, sold something. Anything with an actual before-and-after
- You can hold a conversation with an engineer and a salesperson in the same day and adjust how you talk without losing the substance
- You write clearly. A lot of this job is a short, honest memo about what happened and what you'd do next
- You can be in the office in HSR Layout, Bangalore, for the full four to six months. This isn't remote-friendly work
- Realistically this fits someone still in college, just graduated, or early career and looking for real ownership over a short window rather than a name on a resume
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Application Question(s):
- How immediately you can join for this role?
Work Location: In person
