We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented BIM Architect I to join our Architecture team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Architectural BIM modeling and be eager to learn international BIM standards and workflows. You will support the development of high-quality BIM models, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination using industry-leading BIM tools.

Develop accurate 3D Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

Prepare conceptual, detailed, and construction drawings as per project requirements.

Assist in creating floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailing using Revit and AutoCAD.

Coordinate with Structural and MEP teams for model integration and clash-free deliverables.

Participate in BIM coordination meetings and implement project feedback.

Perform basic clash detection using Navisworks under senior guidance.

Support the preparation of quantity take-offs and drawing documentation.

Maintain BIM model quality, accuracy, and compliance with company BIM standards.

Update models based on client comments and design revisions.

Ensure timely completion of assigned modeling and documentation tasks.

Continuously learn BIM workflows, international standards, and emerging technologies.

Work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Mandatory).

0–2 years of experience in Architectural BIM Modeling.

Good knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

Basic understanding of BIM workflows and construction documentation.

Familiarity with Navisworks will be an added advantage.

Understanding of architectural drawings and building construction principles.

Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
