Sourcing & Contract Execution
Independently manage procurement and contracting activities including sourcing for Facilities Category, including negotiation, statements of work, contract execution, and purchase order issuance within defined thresholds.
Apply total cost of ownership principles (cost, quality, service, risk) to sourcing decisions.
Support and execute category strategies in alignment with Global Procurement objectives.
Partner with Legal, Finance, Information Security, Privacy, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant and efficient contract execution.
AI‑Enabled & Efficient Operations
Leverage approved AI tools, workflows, and automation to streamline sourcing activities, reduce cycle times, and improve insight quality.
Utilize standardized playbooks, templates, thresholds, and decision logic to route work appropriately (self‑service vs. analyst‑led).
Identify repeatable, low‑risk procurement activities and recommend opportunities for automation, standardization, or policy‑based handling.
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve procurement processes, tooling, and agent‑enabled workflows.
Business Partnership & Risk‑Based Decision Making
Engage directly with internal business partners to understand requirements, timelines, and risk tolerance.
Apply independent judgment to assess deal complexity and escalate appropriately when thresholds, risk, or ambiguity increase.
Participate in stakeholder and supplier business reviews to assess performance, identify risk, and drive continuous improvement.
