Job Title: Site Incharge – Instrumentation & Electrical
Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 Years
Job ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Site Management
- Lead and supervise all electrical and instrumentation activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare progress reports.
Installation & Commissioning
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Ensure proper erection of panels, cables, field instruments, control systems, and associated equipment.
- Verify calibration and commissioning of instruments and control loops.
Planning & Resource Management
- Prepare manpower deployment plans and allocate resources effectively.
- Coordinate procurement and availability of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of activities.
Quality Control
- Ensure all activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and industry codes.
- Conduct inspections and maintain quality documentation and records.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during execution.
Safety Management
- Implement and enforce site safety procedures and company HSE policies.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safe work practices.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and client safety requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily progress reports, material records, and site documentation.
- Prepare measurement sheets, work completion reports, and commissioning reports.
- Attend client meetings and submit project status updates.
Team Leadership
- Lead engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Provide technical guidance and training to the site team.
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and effective communication among team members.

Pay: ₹13,087.58 - ₹30,000.00 per month
