Job Summary
We are urgently looking for an experienced and responsible IT Technician to manage day-to-day IT support activities at our Udaipur facility.
The candidate will be responsible for computer and laptop repair, hardware and software troubleshooting, Windows installation, printer support, networking and CCTV maintenance.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of computer hardware, networking, CCTV systems, DVR/NVR and IP cameras, along with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesComputer Hardware & Repair
- Diagnose and repair desktop computers and laptops.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues related to RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, SMPS, CPU, monitor, keyboard and mouse.
- Install, replace and upgrade computer hardware and peripherals.
- Perform preventive maintenance of computers and laptops.
- Troubleshoot printers, scanners and other office equipment.
- Maintain records of IT hardware, repairs and replacements.
Software & IT Support
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and required software.
- Troubleshoot Windows and application-related problems.
- Install and update antivirus and security software.
- Provide technical support to employees for day-to-day IT issues.
- Troubleshoot MS Office, email, printing and basic application problems.
- Install and configure required software according to company requirements.
Networking
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi and Internet connectivity issues.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, IP address, DNS and DHCP.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches and Wi-Fi devices.
- Perform LAN cable testing and RJ45 crimping.
- Support basic network installation and maintenance.
- Identify and resolve network connectivity problems.
CCTV Maintenance
- Install, configure and maintain CCTV cameras.
- Troubleshoot IP cameras and Analog cameras.
- Maintain and troubleshoot DVR and NVR systems.
- Check CCTV recording, camera connectivity and storage.
- Troubleshoot CCTV power supply, cables, connectors and network issues.
- Configure basic remote CCTV monitoring on computers and mobile devices.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Coordinate with external CCTV vendors for major technical issues.

Qualification
Minimum Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Computer, IT, Electronics, Electrical or related technical field, OR
- Graduate in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Candidates with relevant practical experience in computer repair, networking and CCTV maintenance may also be considered.
Experience
- 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in computer hardware repair + networking + CCTV maintenance will be given preference.
- Freshers with strong practical technical knowledge may also be considered for suitable positions.
