Job Title: Consultant Hair Specialist / Dermatologist – Hair Restoration & Trichology (MD/DNB/DDVL/DD)

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Consultant Hair Specialist / Dermatologist with expertise or a strong interest in Hair Restoration, Hair Transplant, and Trichology to join our growing hair restoration clinic. The ideal candidate will focus exclusively on diagnosing and treating hair and scalp disorders, performing hair restoration procedures, and delivering exceptional patient care through both online and offline consultations.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Procedural Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed hair consultations, including medical history, scalp examinations, and trichoscopy.
- Diagnose hair loss conditions and scalp disorders, including androgenetic alopecia, alopecia areata, telogen effluvium, dandruff, and other hair-related concerns.
- Develop personalized medical and procedural treatment plans.
- Perform or assist in Hair Transplant procedures (FUE/FUT).
- Perform non-surgical hair restoration procedures, including:
- Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)
- Growth Factor Concentrate (GFC) Therapy
- Mesotherapy (where applicable)
- Monitor treatment progress and modify plans based on patient outcomes.
- Provide both online and in-clinic consultations.
Patient Counselling
- Counsel patients regarding hair loss, treatment options, expected outcomes, recovery, and long-term maintenance.
- Provide detailed pre- and post-procedure instructions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
- Educate patients on preventive hair care and lifestyle modifications.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with hair transplant technicians, nursing staff, and clinic teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control standards, and quality practices.
- Maintain high standards of ethics, professionalism, and patient confidentiality.
Documentation
- Maintain accurate consultation records, treatment notes, prescriptions, and procedure documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in trichology, regenerative therapies, and hair restoration techniques.
Qualifications
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Dermatology or Diploma in Dermatology (DDVL/DD/DVD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the respective State Medical Council.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in hair restoration, trichology, or dermatology is preferred.
- Candidates with a strong interest in Hair Transplant and Trichology and a willingness to undergo advanced training are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Expertise in diagnosing and managing hair and scalp disorders.
- Experience in Hair Transplant (FUE/FUT), PRP, and GFC therapies is preferred.
- Excellent patient counselling and communication skills.
- Strong clinical decision-making and patient-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a high-volume hair restoration clinic.
Employment Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day
- Work Schedule: 6 days per week
- Weekend Availability: Mandatory (Saturday & Sunday are working days; weekly off as per roster)
- Consultation Mode: Online and Offline
- Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
- Service Commitment: 15-month service agreement is mandatory.
Pay: ₹8,680.32 - ₹250,000.00 per month
