Job Summary
M.K. Infrastructure is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company's complete accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in the construction industry and be capable of handling day-to-day accounting, taxation, compliance, payroll, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all financial activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain complete books of accounts and day-to-day accounting records.
Record all receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements regularly.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and payment vouchers.
Handle GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliation, and e-way bills.
Manage TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and return filing.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountant, auditors, banks, and government departments.
Maintain project-wise accounting and cost tracking.
Process employee payroll, statutory deductions, and reimbursements.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial planning.
Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation records.
Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, PF, ESIC, Labour Cess, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain vendor and subcontractor accounts and reconcile outstanding balances.
Assist management in financial analysis and MIS reporting.
Maintain proper documentation of all financial records and contracts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a construction or infrastructure company.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Experience in project accounting and contractor billing.
Ability to prepare financial reports and MIS.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with PWD, CPWD, UADD, AMRUT, Jal Jeevan Mission, Smart City, or other government construction projects.
Knowledge of RA Bills, subcontractor accounting, security deposit (SD), retention money, mobilization advances, and project cost control.

Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
