Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to hotel guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests and escort them to their tables.
* Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.
* Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
* Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
* Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns courteously.
* Set up and clear tables before and after service.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
* Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
* Process guest bills and payments accurately.
* Follow hotel standards for service, hygiene, and grooming.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant. Freshers can also apply.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
* Experience using POS systems is an advantage.
* Knowledge of English is preferred; Malayalam and Hindi are an added advantage.
