About Us
Preenja Apparels Inc. is a garment manufacturing company specializing in high-quality fashion and export wear. We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Accounts, Documentation & Compliance Executive to support our day-to-day accounting, business documentation, compliance, website operations, and shipping coordination at our factory.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or similar software
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense ledgers
- Prepare and verify invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment records
- Reconcile bank statements, cash records, and vendor accounts
- Assist in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
- Support monthly closing, audits, and internal financial reporting
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for billing, documentation, and payment-related queries
- Maintain proper records of legal, statutory, and business documents
- Assist in preparation and submission of documents for GST registration, renewals, and other business registrations
- Support documentation work for bank loans, CC limits, OD limits, and other financial applications
- Coordinate with CAs, consultants, banks, and government departments for documentation and follow-up work
- Organize, scan, maintain, and update physical and digital company records
- Upload product images, product details, and other required content on the company website
- Maintain and update the website backend for daily business operations
- Coordinate website-related work including product uploads, stock updates, basic corrections, and operational changes
- Support website maintenance related to orders, dispatch status, shipping updates, and operational flow
- Coordinate with shipping and dispatch teams for order processing, shipment documentation, and operational updates
- Assist in maintaining records related to shipping, dispatches, invoices, and order movement
- Ensure all records, filings, website updates, and supporting documents are maintained accurately and on time
- Handle additional office administration, operations, and compliance-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
Experience: 1–2 years preferred (freshers with strong accounting, documentation, and computer knowledge may also apply)
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic computer operations
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and documentation procedures
- Basic understanding of legal/compliance documentation for business operations
- Basic understanding of website/backend handling, product uploads, and online operational updates
- Ability to coordinate shipping, dispatch, and order-related documentation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Other Requirement:
- Candidate should have their own transport
