Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the field sales team to achieve assigned business targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, team productivity, and overall performance.
- Guide team members in lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
- Conduct regular field visits to provide support, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with management to ensure smooth execution of sales and operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Team Handling, Field Sales, Business Development, or Field Operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic MS Office applications and reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
- Ability to lead by example and drive team performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
