Profile required for Quantity Surveyor
● Qualification Required:- Diploma or degree in Civil engineer OR B tech graduate
● Experience:- 3 - 5 yrs in costing & estimation & must have an experience of working with an interior company .
● Mandatory skills :- Advanced Excel proficiency with knowledge of using quotation making softwares in kitchen industry like , Cohome / Infurnia / Canvas etc
● Market Intelligence :- Maintain an updated database of raw material costs, labor rates, and vendor pricing & online market survey for product knowledge & pricing .
Key Responsibilities
● Quotation Creation: Should be capable of make formula based quotations / pivot table / comparison sheet of percentage variance within estimated timeline with accuracy & proficiency
● Quotation Auditing : Independently can check quotations for formula errors, price variance due to design change , change in list price etc . Should be able to caught under-quoted components
● Variance Analysis: Compare "estimated costs" against "actual execution costs" from past projects to refine future pricing models.
