JOB SUMMARY
T_he hair dresser is responsible for providing professional hair care services, including haircuts, hair washing, blow-drying, styling,and basic hair treatment.The role focuses delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining hygiene and quality standards._
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform haircuts and hair styling as per client requirements.
- Wash, blow-dry, and style hair.
- Recommend suitable hairstyles and basic hair care products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and the workstations, tools and equipment.
- Support promotional activities and help achieve service and retail sales target.
- Stay update on the latest hair trends, techniques and products,
- Follow all clinic SOPs and safety protocols.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Certification or Diploma in hair Styling or cosmetology.
- Minimum1-3 years of experience in a salon or aesthetic clinic(perferred).
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent haircutting, styling and hair treatment skills.
- Good communication and customer service .
- Knowledge of hair products and treatment protocols.
- Professional grooming and appearance.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple clients.
- Sales and consultation skills.
SALARY
As per experience, skill and performance.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
