We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Sales Executive cum Sales Coordinator who can effectively handle field marketing activities as well as hospital coordination and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors' chambers, clinics, corporate offices, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals to promote the hospital's services.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, referral partners, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate health camps, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies to increase patient referrals.
- Coordinate with different hospital departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain daily reports, MIS, and marketing records.
- Follow up with clients, doctors, and corporate partners.
- Handle office correspondence, documentation, and coordination work.
- Assist management in administrative and operational activities as assigned.
- Achieve assigned business development and patient acquisition targets.

- Good organisational and coordination skills.
- Basic hospital administration knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Smart personality with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel locally for field work.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in Healthcare Marketing, Hospital Sales, Pharmaceutical Sales, Diagnostic Centre Marketing, or Hospital Coordination.
- Candidates with hospital-related experience will be given preference.
- Local candidates from Howrah, Hooghly, Serampore, Uttarpara, Konnagar, Hindmotor, Rishra, and nearby areas are preferred.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and performance)
