Job Description – NPD cum Tool Room Engineer (Forging Unit)
- Handle new product development (NPD) activities for forging components.
- Develop and improve forging dies, tools, and processes.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and customer teams for trial development.
- Monitor tool performance, tool life, and process optimization.
- Prepare process sheets, tooling drawings, and development reports.
- Support troubleshooting related to tooling and forging defects.
- Ensure timely tool readiness for production requirements.
- Experience in forging die development and tool room operations preferred.
