ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Manager at CryptoMize you will plan, staff, and steer client engagements across the full delivery arc — translating strategist intent into sequenced, owned, verifiable work, then carrying it through cadence, risk management, and delivery. The role exists because intelligence work is deadline-coupled: elections have polling days, crises have news cycles, and security engagements have threat windows that do not move for our convenience.
Standing duties include the engagement record and the escalation judgment: every decision logged, every change priced, and every risk escalated with options rather than anxieties. You will be the person who knows the true state of every workstream — and says it out loud while it is still cheap to fix.
Managers here also build the bench: developing coordinators, standardizing what repeated engagements have taught us, and feeding the playbook the next manager inherits. The delivery layer compounds only because its managers teach.
