Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop sales and marketing opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Generate new business through direct customers, distributors, OEMs, dealers, and industrial clients.
- Manage customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, order follow-ups, and customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective B2B customers.
- Identify new markets, customers, distributors, and business opportunities for plastic masterbatches and specialty compounds.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development.
- Conduct customer visits, business meetings, exhibitions, and market-development activities.
- Follow up on samples, trials, orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Track sales activities and contribute towards assigned sales and business development targets.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required for customer meetings and business development.
Candidate Profile
- MBA in Marketing, International Business, or a relevant field.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within the Plastics / Polymer industry.
- Experience with Plastic Masterbatches will be strongly preferred.
- Experience handling both domestic and international B2B customers.
- Experience in field sales, customer visits, business development, and market development.
- Exposure to OEMs, manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and industrial customers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and professional email communication.
- Willingness to travel for domestic and international business requirements.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
