Key Responsibilities
- Achieve city-level targets for sales, admissions, and revenue growth.
- Track and analyze admissions, conversion rates, revenue, and overall operational performance.
- Supervise coaching quality by ensuring sessions are delivered effectively and activities are customized to each child's abilities.
- Plan and manage sports events, competitions, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Lead coach development through regular training, performance evaluations, mentoring, and skill enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain sports equipment, training resources, and facilities to ensure a safe and well-organized environment.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with schools, parents, corporate partners, and local community stakeholders.
- Contribute to city expansion by identifying business opportunities, building partnerships, and increasing market presence.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of academy activities.
- Ensure timely completion of office responsibilities while effectively managing scheduled at-home coaching sessions.
- Prepare and present periodic performance reports, including key achievements, operational challenges, and recommendations for future growth.
