As a Physiotherapist at our centre, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing customized physical therapy programs. You will work closely with patients suffering from diabetic neuropathy, peripheral vascular diseases, musculoskeletal complications, and post-surgical foot conditions. We need a dynamic professional who can independently manage the department while keeping patient motivation high.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough physical evaluations of patients to identify mobility limitations, neuropathic changes, and gait abnormalities.
- Treatment Planning: Design and execute individualized physiotherapy plans focused on pain management, improving circulation, gait training, and offloading techniques.
- Diabetic Foot Care Rehab: Provide specialized rehabilitation for diabetic foot conditions, including post-amputation rehab, balance training, and sensory re-education.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and caregivers on proper foot exercises, lifestyle modifications, and safety measures to prevent diabetic ulcers and injuries.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed, accurate electronic medical records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the diabetologists, podiatrists, and nursing staff to ensure a holistic approach to patient recovery.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,618.06 per month
