Job Summary
The INDUS Senior Associate – Oracle HCM (Performance Management & Goals) plays a key functional role in supporting and enhancing the Oracle HCM Cloud Talent modules with primary focus on Performance Management and Goals
This role partners closely with internal stakeholders business leaders and HRIS technical teams to ensure effective configuration adoption and continuous improvement of performance related processes
Reporting to the INDUS Manager supporting Oracle HCM applications the Senior Associate will serve as a functional subject matter expert translating business requirements into system configurations and ensuring a seamless end user experience
Key Responsibilities
Functional & Business Support
- Serve as a functional SME for Oracle Performance Management and Goals modules including goal planning performance documents evaluations check ins and review cycles
- Partner with HR Talent and business stakeholders to understand requirements and advise on best practice solutions within Oracle HCM
- Support annual and ad hoc performance cycles from planning through post cycle analysis
- Assist with configuration related to templates eligibility profiles rating models sections rules and workflows
- Provide functional guidance on new features and enhancements
Process Optimization & Adoption
- Identify opportunities to improve performance management processes through simplification or automation
- Support change management and creation of training materials and user guides
- Increase adoption and ensure alignment between business objectives and system design
- Maintain functional documentation and FAQs
Testing & Release Management
- Participate in regression testing and UAT for quarterly Oracle releases
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue validation and resolution
- Support data validation related to performance ratings and goals
Reporting & Insights
- Collaborate with reporting teams on performance related dashboards
- Validate functional accuracy of OTBI BI Publisher reports
- Ensure sensitive performance data is handled appropriately
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Business Information Systems or related field
- Minimum 1 full cycle implementation project on performance management and goals modules
- Hands on experience with Oracle HCM Performance Management and Goals modules
- Strong understanding of performance management processes and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic environment
