Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, supporting employee relations, and facilitating HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and morale.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in hiring and recruiting for production and management roles.
Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and coordinate hiring with department heads.
Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in line with company policies.
Foster a positive work environment by implementing employee engagement initiatives.
Support conflict resolution and mediate disputes when necessary.
3. Compliance & Labor Laws:
Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintain records for audits, health and safety requirements, and union agreements (if applicable).
Handle HR documentation, including contracts, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
4. Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Assist in processing payroll, handling attendance records, and managing leave policies.
Administer employee benefits, including insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
5. Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with safety training requirements.
6. Performance Management:
Assist in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.
Implement and track performance improvement plans when necessary.
Maintain HR metrics and analyse workforce trends.
7. HR Administration & Reporting:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Generate reports on HR metrics, turnover rates, and workforce productivity.
Coordinate with HR teams on policy updates and organizational changes.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 1 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
3. Strong knowledge of labour laws and workplace safety regulations.
4. Experience with HR software, payroll systems, and employee record-keeping.
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
