Responsibilities :
- Social Media Management: Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Content Creation: Write compelling captions, blog outlines, and promotional copy aligned with the brand's voice.
- Graphic Design & Video: Assist in designing basic marketing materials (e.g., banners, social media posts) using tools like [Canva/Adobe Express] and help edit short-form videos.
- SEO & Digital Marketing: Research keywords, analyze competitors, and help optimize web content for search engines.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, track engagement, and help generate weekly reports using Google Analytics.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, hashtags, and AI tools to improve organic reach.
Requirements & Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- A strong passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn.
- Basic familiarity with major social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe) or analytics tools (Google Analytics) is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
