Key Responsibilities
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies for INC and 1CHAZE websites.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and product pages for search engines.
- Improve website rankings, domain authority, and organic traffic.
- Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues in collaboration with the website development team.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical SEO practices.
2. Google Ads & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube).
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on analytics.
- Generate quality leads through paid advertising campaigns.
3. Website Performance & Analytics
- Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Track key metrics including traffic, bounce rate, conversions, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
- Generate actionable insights to improve website performance and user experience.
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.
4. Content Marketing Support
- Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and website content.
- Optimize existing content for better search visibility.
- Ensure all content follows SEO best practices, including metadata, internal linking, and keyword optimization.
- Support content marketing initiatives to increase organic reach.
5. Landing Page & Lead Generation Optimization
- Create and optimize landing pages for paid campaigns.
- Improve conversion rates through A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
- Work with designers and developers to enhance page performance.
- Implement lead capture strategies to improve inquiry generation.
6. Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Support integrated digital marketing campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, and other channels.
- Coordinate with content, design, and social media teams to ensure campaign consistency.
- Assist in launching promotional campaigns for products, services, webinars, workshops, and events.
7. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO and Google Ads performance reports.
- Analyze keyword rankings, campaign performance, and competitor activities.
- Present insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Track marketing KPIs and ensure campaign objectives are achieved.
Desired QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in SEO, Google Ads, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, nutrition, fitness, or e-commerce is an added advantage.
