We are seeking a highly energetic Talent Sourcing & Workforce Development Manager to build a sustainable talent pipeline for plant operations by partnering with technical institutions, skill development organizations, government bodies, and verified labour contractors across India.
Position Summary
The Talent Sourcing & Workforce Development Manager will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted manpower availability for JC Global's manufacturing plants by developing long-term recruitment partnerships with ITIs, CIPETs, Polytechnics, Government Skill Development Centres, NSDC-affiliated institutions, apprenticeship providers, and verified manpower contractors.
The primary objective is to create a continuous talent pipeline of employees who are committed to long-term careers in the recycling and manufacturing industry.

- Ensure 90%+ joining ratio for selected candidates.
- Achieve low early attrition (within the first six months) through quality hiring.
- Build and maintain a database of 1,000+ pre-screened candidates for critical manufacturing roles.
- Conduct monthly campus drives and recruitment events.
- Increase apprenticeship hiring and conversion to full-time employment.
- Ensure all contractor documentation and compliance records are current and audit-ready.
- Reduce recruitment turnaround time and cost per hire while maintaining workforce quality.
