Key Responsibilities
1. Complete Project Planning & Execution
Take complete responsibility for the planning and execution of assigned turnkey projects.
Study the project scope, BOQ, drawings, technical specifications and contractual requirements.
Prepare detailed project execution plans, schedules and milestones.
Ensure timely completion of projects within the approved scope, quality standards and budget.
2. Site Management & Coordination
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, government departments and site representatives.
Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other agencies wherever applicable.
Identify site constraints and provide practical solutions in coordination with management and technical teams.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
3. Commercial Kitchen & Equipment Installation
Coordinate the installation and commissioning of commercial kitchen equipment and associated systems.
Ensure equipment installation is as per approved drawings, layouts and technical requirements.
Coordinate with OEMs and manufacturers for technical support, installation and commissioning.
Ensure proper fitment and integration of equipment with electrical, plumbing, drainage, gas and exhaust systems.
4. Project Scheduling & Progress Monitoring
Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules.
Monitor actual progress against planned timelines.
Identify potential delays and take corrective action.
Provide regular project progress reports to management.
Ensure effective coordination between factory, procurement, logistics and site teams.
5. Procurement & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of materials and equipment.
Plan material requirements based on project schedules.
Follow up with vendors and OEMs for manufacturing, dispatch and delivery schedules.
Verify material received at site against approved specifications and quantities.
6. Team & Contractor Management
Manage site engineers, supervisors, technicians and installation teams.
Coordinate with subcontractors and external agencies.
Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
Ensure adequate manpower availability at site as per project requirements.
Maintain discipline, productivity and quality standards.
7. Quality Control
Ensure execution and installation work complies with approved drawings and technical specifications.
Conduct regular quality inspections.
Identify defects and ensure timely rectification.
Maintain necessary quality and inspection records.
8. Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as a key coordination point between DTKS and the client/project stakeholders.
Attend project review meetings and provide accurate progress updates.
Address technical and execution-related issues professionally.
Maintain strong and positive working relationships with clients, consultants and project authorities.
9. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain complete project documentation, including:
Approved drawings
Site instructions
Progress reports
Material records
Inspection reports
MOMs (Minutes of Meetings)
Variation and change records
Testing and commissioning reports
Prepare and submit weekly project MIS to management.
10. Project Completion & Handover
Prepare project completion and commissioning plans.
Ensure snag points are identified and closed before handover.
Coordinate testing and commissioning of equipment and systems.
Prepare handover documentation, warranties, manuals and relevant certificates.
Ensure smooth final handover and project closure.
11. Cost & Budget Control
Monitor project costs against the approved project budget.
Identify potential cost overruns and report them to management.
Optimize resources, manpower and material utilization.
Support management in evaluating variation orders and additional scope.
Ensure proper control over site expenses and material wastage.
12. Health, Safety & Site Discipline
Ensure safe working practices at project sites.
Ensure site teams and contractors follow applicable safety requirements.
Identify potential site risks and take necessary preventive action.
Maintain proper housekeeping and site discipline.
Candidate Requirements
Education
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Civil Engineering
Project Management
Other relevant technical qualifications
Experience
Minimum 7–12 years of relevant project execution experience.
Experience in managing medium to large-value turnkey projects.
Experience in commercial kitchens, MEP, hospitality, healthcare, institutional, infrastructure or engineering projects will be preferred.
Experience in handling government or institutional projects will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have independently handled the complete lifecycle of a turnkey project, including:
Project Planning → Site Coordination → Material Planning → Execution → Installation → Testing & Commissioning → Client Handover
Candidates who have only worked as site supervisors without independent responsibility for project planning, coordination and delivery may not be suitable for this role.
Compensation
Salary: ₹8.0 Lakhs to ₹15.0 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience, technical capability and project management exposure.
Additional performance incentives may be considered as per company policy and successful project delivery.
Probation Period
The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month probation period.
During this period, the candidate will be expected to:
Thoroughly understand DTKS products, systems and project execution methodology.
Review ongoing and upcoming projects.
Prepare project schedules and execution plans.
Establish project reporting and monitoring systems.
Coordinate effectively with OEMs, vendors and site teams.
Demonstrate independent project ownership and problem-solving capability.
Submit timely weekly project MIS to management.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
