About the Company
Supreme Bituchem India Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of bitumen emulsions, road construction materials and related infrastructure products.
We are looking for dynamic and experienced sales professionals to strengthen our Sales & Business Development Team in Nagpur.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new customers in the road construction, highway, infrastructure and construction sectors.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, infrastructure companies, consultants, dealers and distributors.
- Generate new enquiries and convert leads into business.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
- Coordinate with production, technical and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
- Prepare sales reports and sales forecasts.
- Follow up with customers for payments and collections.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in Bitumen, Bitumen Emulsion, Asphalt, Road Construction Materials, Highway Projects, Construction Chemicals or Infrastructure Products will be highly preferred.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to develop new clients and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Positions Available
Senior Sales Manager
Experience: 5+ years preferred
Candidates with strong B2B sales experience and an established customer network in road/infrastructure/construction-related industries are preferred.
Junior Sales Executive / Sales Engineer
Experience: 3+ years preferred
Candidates with relevant sales experience who are looking to grow in the road construction and chemical products industry can apply.
