Job Title: Academic Counsellor / Admission Counsellor
Location: Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team in Balaghat. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in counselling and selling paid training courses, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about helping students choose the right career path.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and understand their career goals.
- Promote and enroll students in paid training courses.
- Explain course details, fees, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Convert leads into admissions by achieving monthly targets.
- Maintain student enquiry records and admission documentation.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in counselling or sales of paid training courses.
- Experience in selling one or more of the following courses is preferred:
- General Duty Assistant (GDA)
- Dresser
- Tally
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Salary
- ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
