Job Title: Safety Engineer – EHS

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Engineer (EHS) to oversee and implement Environment, Health, and Safety practices across our project sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in safety management, compliance, and training, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to EHS regulations, codes, and company policies.
- Risk Assessment: Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and recommend preventive measures.
- Training & Awareness: Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for site staff.
- Incident Management: Investigate accidents/incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitoring: Regularly inspect site activities, equipment, and work practices to ensure safe operations.
- Documentation: Maintain safety records, permits, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/BE in Engineering with specialization in EHS or equivalent certifications.
- 6–7 years of experience in construction/project safety management.
- Strong knowledge of EHS standards, ISO regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in safety audits, risk analysis, and compliance reporting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
