Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of ECHS (Employee Credit Health Scheme) at Bharuch location.
- Oversee staff supervision, ensuring efficient patient care services in OPD (Outpatient Department).
- Handle patient grievances and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate record keeping, including verification of bills, audits, compliance checks, and MIS reporting.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning of hospital operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-11 years' experience in healthcare services or related field.
- Strong understanding of ECHS processes and procedures.
- Excellent staff supervision skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in handling patient grievances and resolving conflicts efficiently.
- Ability to maintain accurate records using computer systems.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
