Job Summary:
Responsible for managing daily store operations along with timely pickup and delivery of garments using own bike, ensuring smooth coordination, quality service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations Management
Open and close the store on time
Manage daily laundry operations (washing, ironing, packing)
Coordinate with washer/ironman staff
Ensure all orders are processed on time
2. Pickup & Delivery (Runner Work)
Collect garments from customers’ homes/locations
Deliver clothes within promised timelines
Handle garments carefully during transport
Maintain delivery records and receipts
3. Customer Handling
Take orders and explain services/pricing
Handle customer queries and complaints politely
Maintain good relationship with regular customers
4. Order & Billing Management
Maintain order register/software entries
Generate bills and track payments (cash/online)
Ensure proper tagging and tracking of garments
5. Quality Control
Check washing and ironing quality before delivery
Ensure no damage, stain, or mix-up of clothes
Follow brand SOPs and hygiene standards
6. Staff Coordination
Supervise washer/ironman work
Ensure discipline and productivity
Report issues to franchise owner
7. Inventory & Store Maintenance
Monitor detergent, packaging material, etc.
Maintain cleanliness of store
Ensure machines are working properly
Requirements:
Must have own bike + valid driving license
Basic understanding of laundry operations
Good communication skills
Responsible and trustworthy
Ability to handle both field work and store work
Experience:
1–3 years in retail / laundry / delivery operations preferred

Working Hours:
10–11 hours (including pickups/deliveries)
Weekly off as per roster
