- Test Execution: Conduct manual or standardized tests following strict step-by-step instructions and testing protocols.
- Defect Reporting: Identify, log, and track bugs, glitches, or irregularities in a centralized database or reporting system.
- Material Preparation: Set up, organize, and maintain testing environments, equipment, and required materials before and after testing sessions.
- Data Recording: Accurately input and verify test data, scores, or results, and prepare summary reports for QA leads.
- Support & Communication: Assist in maintaining test security, facilitate examinee/client check-ins, and troubleshoot basic user or system errors.
- Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Typically a High School diploma, with relevant post-secondary coursework or certification in IT, Computer Science, or Life Sciences.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow highly specific testing scripts and precisely document outcomes.
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with mobile/desktop applications, spreadsheets, or laboratory equipment.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
