Job Description
The F&B Service Guest Service Associate (GSA) is responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to hotel guests while ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Escort guests to their tables and present the menu.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Provide menu information and recommend food and beverage options to guests.
Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
Ensure timely and accurate service.
Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup before and after service.
Handle guest requests and complaints politely and promptly.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
Process guest bills accurately and handle payments as per hotel procedures.
Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.
Assist in buffet setup, banquet service, and special events when required.
Candidate Profile
12th Pass or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
