We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Wealth Relationship Manager – Digital to manage and grow relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients through digital engagement channels. The role involves providing personalized investment advice, promoting wealth management products, and delivering exceptional client service to help clients achieve their financial goals.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of investment products, excellent relationship management skills, and experience in digital sales within the financial services industry.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of wealth management clients through digital channels.
- Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions.
- Promote and advise clients on Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), fixed-income products, and other wealth management offerings.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide timely investment recommendations.
- Build long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and superior service.
- Acquire new clients through digital leads, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and provide clients with relevant investment insights.
- Ensure timely execution of transactions and seamless onboarding of clients.
- Collaborate with internal product, research, and operations teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Achieve business, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Finance or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification is preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or relationship management within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of wealth management products, including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, equities, and fixed-income investments.
- Experience in digital sales and virtual client relationship management.
- Sound understanding of financial markets and investment advisory.
- Excellent portfolio review and client servicing skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven relationship-building and business development capabilities.
- Ability to identify client needs and recommend customized investment solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to wealth management.
- NISM and CFP certifications will be an added advantage.
