Job Title: Maths Curriculum Specialist
Company: BrightChamps Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (Work from Office) Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5–7 years
About the Role
BrightChamps is looking for a Maths Curriculum Specialist to improve our existing Maths learning experience across demo and paid sessions. This is an optimisation role, not a content-building role — you'll use data, research, and AI tools to sharpen session flow, practice quality, student engagement, and conversion outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse demo conversion data, student feedback, and retention signals to identify and fix curriculum and session-flow gaps
- Audit practice sheets, quizzes, and worksheets across grades for accuracy, difficulty grading, and alignment to learning objectives
- Benchmark our curriculum against Common Core (US), UK National Curriculum, Australian Curriculum, and leading EdTech competitors
- Translate parent feedback and market insights into specific, actionable curriculum improvements
- Use AI tools for research, question generation, and content review — with rigorous quality evaluation before anything goes live
- Collaborate with Training, Quality, Product, and Business teams; document and standardise repeatable improvement processes
- Support A/B tests and pilots of new session flows and track outcomes
Requirements
- 5–7 years in Maths curriculum design, academic content development, teacher training, or learning experience design (K-12/EdTech preferred)
- Strong Maths expertise across Grades 1–10, with depth in upper primary and middle school
- Hands-on experience with international curricula: Common Core, UK National Curriculum, Australian Curriculum, Cambridge, IB, or equivalent
- Practical comfort with AI tools and the judgment to critically evaluate AI-generated content
- Process-oriented with strong written communication and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree mandatory; Education/Mathematics background preferred; B.Ed, M.Ed, or curriculum certification a plus
Why Join Us
- Direct ownership of learning outcomes and conversion performance
- Work at the intersection of academics, data, and applied AI
- High-growth EdTech environment with global markets (US, UK, Australia, MEA)
