Race Digital is a fast-growing performance marketing agency working with brands across India, UAE, US, UK, and Australia. We create high-impact digital campaigns, long-form and short-form content, high-conversion ads, and scroll-stopping creative for clients across e-commerce, health, real estate, education, and service businesses.
We’re looking for a Video Editor who understands storytelling, modern editing styles, platform-specific formats, and the speed required in agency life. If you’re someone who loves turning raw footage into high-performing content that drives real business results, you’ll fit perfectly here.
What You’ll Do
- Edit a wide range of content: reels, TikTok-style shorts, UGC ads, YouTube videos, product demos, founder videos, testimonials, and campaign creatives
- Convert client raw footage (iPhone, DSLR, UGC clips, etc.) into polished, dynamic assets
- Create platform-optimized videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Add text overlays, hooks, captions, transitions, and light motion graphics aligned with brand guidelines
- Edit performance-driven ad creatives that follow strong opening hooks, fast pacing, and data-backed structures
- Collaborate closely with designers, performance marketers, and the content team to execute concept-driven videos
- Work with different clients each week—adapting to their brand voice, colour palette, and content style
- Maintain an organized workflow: project files, versioning, backups, and asset management
- Deliver edits under strict weekly timelines with high creative quality
- Stay ahead of editing trends, viral formats, animations, sound design, and aesthetic improvements
What You Need
- 1–2 years of hands-on editing experience (agency or brand-side preferred)
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (basic), or DaVinci Resolve
- Experience editing short-form content such as reels, shorts, TikTok videos, and paid ads
- Ability to create fast-paced, modern, high-retention videos that work for ads
- Good sense of colour grading, pacing, music selection, and sound design
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across deliverables
- Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback professionally
- A mindset of continuous learning and improvement
Bonus (Not Mandatory but Great to Have)
- Experience in motion graphics (minimalist AE work)
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva)
- Understanding of digital marketing performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) to edit better ads
- Knowledge of hooks, storytelling frameworks, and editing for conversions
- Familiarity with CapCut AI, Runway, or any AI editing tools
