Job Title: Head of Marketing
Location: Chennai
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing
function and drive revenue growth. This role will own the end-to-end marketing strategy
from brand building to demand generation ensuring alignment with business goals and
sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Growth Ownership
Own and drive marketing-driven revenue targets
Build a predictable inbound pipeline (MQL SQL Revenue)
Align closely with sales to improve conversion rates and deal velocity
2. Demand Generation & Performance Marketing
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, Email)
Optimize CAC, CPL, and ROI across campaigns
Build scalable inbound engines for consistent lead flow
3. Brand & Positioning
Define and strengthen brand positioning in the market
Ensure consistent messaging across website, campaigns, and sales collateral
Establish thought leadership in the industry (CPaaS / Cloud Telephony / SaaS)
4. Product Marketing
Translate product capabilities into strong value propositions
Create compelling GTM strategies for new launches/features
Enable sales with pitch decks, battle cards, and use cases
5. Content & Digital Strategy
Drive high-impact content strategy (blogs, case studies, whitepapers)
Improve organic visibility through SEO and authority building
Manage website performance, CRO, and user journeys
6. Team Leadership & Execution
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance marketing team
Manage agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders
Set clear KPIs and track performance regularly
7. Data & Analytics
Own marketing dashboards and reporting
Track funnel metrics: Traffic Leads MQL SQL Revenue
Use data to continuously optimize campaigns and strategy
Key Requirements
10–15 years of experience in marketing (preferably in SaaS / CPaaS / B2B Tech)
Proven track record of driving revenue through marketing
Strong understanding of performance marketing & inbound growth
Experience in marketing automation, CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cloud telephony / CPaaS / API products
Prior experience working closely with sales teams in a high-growth environment
Strong network in the startup / tech ecosystem
