We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our growing Cybersecurity Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and engaging with decision-makers through LinkedIn, cold calling, telecalling, and email marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and an interest in the IT or cybersecurity industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads for cybersecurity solutions and services.
- Research target companies, key decision-makers, and business opportunities using LinkedIn, Apollo, ContactOut, and other lead generation platforms.
- Conduct outbound telecalling and cold calling to introduce cybersecurity offerings and qualify prospects.
- Execute personalized email marketing and cold email campaigns to engage potential customers.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements and schedule meetings for the Business Development or Sales team.
- Maintain accurate prospect information and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and opportunity creation.
- Monitor lead generation metrics and continuously improve outreach strategies to maximize conversions.
- Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, industry developments, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or IT Sales.
- Basic understanding of IT services or Cybersecurity solutions is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo.io
- ContactOut or similar contact discovery tools
- Cold Calling
- Telecalling
- Cold Emailing
- Strong research and prospecting skills.
- Ability to identify decision-makers and qualify business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B Lead Generation for IT Services or Cybersecurity companies.
- Exposure to international markets, particularly the USA and Europe.
- Knowledge of outbound sales strategies and account-based prospecting.
- Experience using email automation and sales engagement tools.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
