Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Retention Manager to manage customer follow-ups, coordinate with drivers, and ensure smooth service operations. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring accurate payment collection.
Key Responsibilitie
Handle regular follow-ups with customers regarding bookings and services
Coordinate effectively with drivers for trip schedules and updates
Ensure smooth execution of travel services
Monitor and confirm that payments are collected accurately and on time
Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions
Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions
Supervise daily operations and ensure service quality
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer handling/operations/retention
Must have a valid 2-wheeler driving license
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred)
Hindi speaking preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
