Job Title:- Business Development Manager (BDM) – Tractor Loader Sales
Experience - 3–8 Years
Industry - Agriculture Equipment / Tractor Implements / Tractor Loader / Farm Machinery
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Tractor Loaders and related agricultural equipment in the assigned territory.
- Develop and strengthen the dealer and distributor network.
- Appoint new dealers and support existing dealers to improve business performance.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer visits.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate business leads.
- Coordinate with the service and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy dealer relationships.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
