- Patient Navigation: Greet patients, assist with registration, and guide them through their treatment and discharge processes.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, handling inquiries, explaining treatment options, and addressing any concerns.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointment times, consultations, and diagnostic tests while minimizing wait times.
- Case Management: Maintain accurate patient folders, update Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, and track a patient's progress toward health goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless interdepartmental communication and patient care.
- Insurance & Billing: Verify insurance coverage, assist with billing paperwork, and help secure funding or solutions within the patient's coverage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
