We are hiring a Safety Engineer for our new project based in Manali, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures at the project site
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with all statutory safety regulations and standards
- Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs for site workers
- Coordinate with project management to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain all safety records and documentation
- Monitor and control hazardous materials and waste disposal
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Safety Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in safety management at construction or industrial projects
- Knowledge of Indian safety regulations and standards
- Good communication and reporting skills
Benefits:
- Salary: INR 20,000 to 25,000 per month
