The Breathing Room is looking for a Business Development Executive for its Health & Wellness business.
The Opportunity:
The Breathing Room (TBR) is an upscale health & fitness studio in the Aundh area. TBR is a clean, peaceful high-end facility, with expert trainers and well-curated holistic programs for the mind and body. TBR offers Yoga, Meditation, and Movement, including functional training and Pilates.
TBR is looking for an energetic manager to address the business development plans.
Your profile:
- You will be a college graduate or equivalent, and be excellent with written & oral communications, and savvy in computer applications & Generative AI tools for creating communications, marketing & social media content.
- You must have worked with an upscale services-oriented business in sales, marketing or other client-facing functions for at least 5 years. Experience in the health & wellness space will be a plus.
- You must have a flair for creating events & campaigns for meeting and pitching to customers in group as well as one-on-one settings
- You must have an experience in sales & closing of membership-based services.
Your Role:
- Create awareness for the TBR brand & offerings in the Aundh, Baner, Model Colony, Shivajinagar areas in the high-end customer base
- Create a pull for wellness engagement and support community engagement for high-end spaces & top, through various events & campaigns
- Create a potential client funnel from various data sources meeting the target client profile
- Contact & meet potential clients and pitch the TBR offerings, and help them make a decision on joining the TBR community.
