Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Franchise Development Manager who will lead new franchise acquisition, onboarding, territorial expansion, and ongoing franchise operational support. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, business development skills, and end-to-end franchise operations experience.
Key Responsibilities
✓ Franchise Expansion & New Acquisition
- Lead franchise recruitment across Tamil Nadu & Tier-1, Tier-2 cities
- Conduct franchise business presentations, meetings & site visits
- Drive territory mapping, partner evaluation & licensing documentation
- Achieve month-on-month franchise addition targets
✓ Existing Franchise Operations & Support
- Act as primary contact for franchise performance improvement
- Monitor outlet sales, lead conversion, stock management & compliance
- Support marketing, CRM, technical & logistics coordination
- Conduct audits, reviews, action plans & business growth strategies
✓ Relationship & Retention Management
- Maintain strong relationships to ensure high franchise success rates
- Resolve franchise escalations and operational challenges proactively
✓ Franchise Revenue Growth
- Implement business strategies for sales increase & product penetration
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, branding standards & customer experience
✓ Team Coordination
- Work closely with CRM, Sales, Marketing, Media & Technical Teams
- Prepare weekly & monthly progress reports to Senior Leadership
Required Skills & Competencies
- Franchise Sales / Business Development experience (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of Construction / Building Materials industry (Preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Multi-location travel capability
- Problem-solving & performance-driven mindset
- CRM & ERP working knowledge is an added advantage
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering / Business / Marketing preferred)
- MBA added advantage
