Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Operations & Patient Flow
- Supervise the daily nursing activities in the OPD to ensure smooth patient flow and minimal waiting times.
- Assist physicians with consultations, procedures, and examinations when necessary.
- Oversee triage operations, including the accurate recording of vital signs and patient histories.
- Ensure proper handling of medical emergencies and coordinate rapid responses. [1, 2, 3, 4]
2. Staff Management & Administration
- Create, assign, and manage duty rosters for nurses, nursing aides, and auxiliary staff.
- Evaluate staff performance, conduct orientation programs, and organize on-the-job training for new employees.
- Maintain discipline and guide nursing personnel to handle patient queries effectively. [1, 2, 3, 4]
3. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and infection control standards (e.g., NABH guidelines, biomedical waste management).
- Monitor sterilization protocols for instruments, dressings, and medical equipment.
- Conduct clinical audits to maintain high standards of patient care and documentation.

4. Inventory & Facility Management
- Manage the inventory of medical supplies, surgical sets, drugs, and consumables.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
