Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the Human Resources function and drive organizational growth through effective people management strategies. The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles, with expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, compliance, and HR transformation.
The CHRO will act as a strategic business partner to the leadership team and play a critical role in shaping the organization's culture, workforce planning, and long-term people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational growth and workforce planning.
- Advise management on HR policies, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead manpower planning and succession planning initiatives.
- Strengthen employer branding and talent pipeline development.
- Monitor hiring metrics and improve recruitment effectiveness.
Performance Management & Organizational Development
- Design and implement performance management systems.
- Establish competency frameworks and career progression plans.
- Drive leadership development and employee capability-building programs.
- Lead organizational restructuring and change management projects when required.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Foster a positive work environment and strong organizational culture.
- Develop employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
- Address employee grievances and ensure effective conflict resolution.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
- Design and review compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
- Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness of compensation policies.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee payroll, attendance, HRIS, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage HR audits and maintain accurate employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and develop annual training calendars.
- Establish leadership development and succession planning programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee development initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and workforce challenges.
- Present HR metrics, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all people-related matters.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or equivalent qualification.
- 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience in managing end-to-end HR functions across multiple business units.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
