Hiring: Assistant Engineer – Roads & Bridges
Position: Assistant Engineer(civil)
Domain: Roads & Bridges Infrastructure Projects

Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of Roads & Bridges construction projects.
- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, site records, and technical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and construction guidelines.
- Support project managers in achieving project milestones within timelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in Roads & Bridges projects.
- Knowledge of road and bridge construction methods, site supervision, and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to relocate and work at project sites in Gujarat or Himachal Pradesh.
