Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead corporate and institutional sales for our passenger vehicle dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business with corporate clients, government organizations, PSUs, SMEs, leasing companies, and fleet operators, while achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate, government, PSU, SME, and institutional customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, HR departments, and fleet managers.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, business associations, and industry events.
- Expand the dealership's corporate customer base and increase market share.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate sales targets.
- Promote the dealership's complete range of passenger vehicles.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and fleet solutions based on client requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
Key Account Management
- Manage and grow existing corporate accounts.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
- Identify repeat sales and vehicle replacement opportunities.
- Develop annual business plans for key accounts.
Tender & Institutional Sales
- Monitor government and institutional tenders relevant to passenger vehicles.
- Coordinate preparation and submission of tender documents.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and timelines.
- Liaise with internal departments for successful execution of awarded contracts.
Customer Relationship Management
- Organize product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives for corporate clients.
- Provide end-to-end support from inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate finance, insurance, registration, and delivery processes.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain long-term relationships.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and fleet sales strategies.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends.
- Provide market feedback to dealership management.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipelines in CRM.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates.
- Track conversion ratios, customer acquisition, and account performance.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to build and manage corporate relationships.
- Knowledge of passenger vehicle products, fleet sales, and dealership operations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in the passenger vehicle dealership or automotive industry.
- Experience handling fleet sales, institutional sales, or government accounts is highly desirable.
- Established network with corporate organizations and institutional clients is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
