Be the face and voice of Vraj:bhoomi, creating thoughtful, premium customer experiences across our studio and online touchpoints, while guiding customers through their buying journey with care, style, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a warm, consultative, and premium customer experience at the VB Studio and across online channels(calls, emails, chats).
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products by combining product knowledge, styling sense, and empathy.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries, orders, feedback, complaints, and service coordination with accuracy.
- Manage studio presentation, visual merchandising, and overall guest readiness in line with VB brand standards.
- Support billing, order fulfilment, and coordination with backend and customer experience teams. Build meaningful customer relationships, encourage repeat engagement, and capture insights to improve the VB experience.
- Maintain clean records, POS updates, customer profiles, and basic inventory coordination.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in retail, customer experience, hospitality, or service roles(experience is a plus, not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills(spoken and written).Natural interest in fashion, design, lifestyle, or premium brands.
- Comfort with both in-person and online customer interactions.
- Willingness to learn systems, products, and customer-handling best practices.

- Confidently handle studio visitors and online customer queries end-to-end.
- Demonstrate strong product understanding and consultative selling.
- Maintain studio presentation and customer records with consistency.
- Receive positive customerfeedback onwarmth, clarity, and support.
