Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Assist in managing daily dark store operations to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor order picking, packing, and dispatch to achieve defined SLA and TAT.
Ensure timely replenishment of inventory on shelves and picking locations.
Minimize order cancellations, substitutions, and stock discrepancies.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
Inventory Management
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
Monitor inward and outward stock movements.
Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment.
Reduce inventory shrinkage, wastage, and damages.
Monitor expiry dates and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
Team Management
Supervise Pickers, Packers, Inventory Associates, and Shift Executives.
Allocate manpower based on business requirements.
Conduct shift briefings and ensure SOP adherence.
Coach and train team members to improve productivity and quality.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
Customer Experience
Ensure high order accuracy and timely dispatch.
Resolve operational issues impacting customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with customer support for escalations related to order fulfillment.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to company policies, operational SOPs, and audit requirements.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Performance Monitoring
Track daily operational KPIs.
Prepare shift reports and operational MIS.
Support the Store Manager in achieving productivity and cost targets.
Identify process improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Retail, Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Grocery Retail, or Warehouse Operations.
Prior experience in dark store operations is preferred.
Required Skills
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Inventory management knowledge.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of warehouse and store operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with MS Excel and inventory management systems.
Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Quick Commerce companies, E-commerce fulfillment centers, or modern retail.
Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Order Management Systems (OMS).
Experience handling a team of 10–30 associates.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
