About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Graphic & Motion Designer to join us for the long term. This role heavily focuses on creating dynamic assets for social media marketing and crafting motion graphics for video projects.

You will be the very first few official hire for this firm. You won't be lost in a corporate hierarchy; instead, you will work directly one-on-one with the founder. Training, Autonomy, & Growth

What You Will Do
- Social Media Design: Create engaging, scroll-stopping visual assets tailored for various marketing campaigns.
- Motion Graphics: Design and animate elements for video projects to elevate production value.
- Adapt and Execute: Tackle a wide variety of design tasks and seamlessly switch between different industry-standard design and video editing software.
What We Expect from You
- The "Eye": You must possess a solid understanding of what makes a design "good" versus "bad." A strong foundational sense of aesthetics, layout, and typography is required.
- Relentless Drive to Learn (Mandatory): Because our projects span different types of design and software, a strict willingness and proven ability to learn new tools quickly is non-negotiable.
- Professional Work Ethic: Even if you are currently a student, you must approach this role with seriousness, reliability, and a self-starter mindset.
- Science/Engineering Background: Because our projects often involve technical concepts and structural logic, candidates with a background or strong interest in science and engineering will be given first preference.
Important: If you have prior experience (1–2 years), a portfolio showcasing your past work is required. If you are a student applying without formal experience, please include any personal projects or examples that demonstrate your eye for design.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
